For our clients within Lexington, KY and surrounding counties, installation services will be hands on and based on your needs. This does not exclude wall mounting of products.

Each session offers a complimentary consultation to view the room(s) or venue to be styled. We will discuss your general décor taste, thoughts and inspiration, and make a plan for creating your retreat. The scope and cost of job will be discussed and your estimate will be provided.

Each project will contain 3 phases: planning, purchasing, and placing. You will receive a quote based on expected decor purchases. This amount is due upon scheduling decor placement. If full budget quoted is not utilized, remaining balance will be refunded to the client or applied to hourly service fees. All sessions allow one revision to initial design. All project time will be documented and billed after services rendered at $65/hour for residential clients and $130/hour for commercial clients. Please note that 2023 Kentucky tax laws require sales tax be charged for all design services.

For example, Client A has a design budget of $1,000. For this amount, based on her desires, I styled three 10×10 rooms. Client A met with me to discuss her design needs and share her goals for the spaces. She then provided a check in the amount of her budget that allows me to shop for her home. Next, I placed all the new items in her three rooms and completed an initial walk thru with Client to gather first impressions. If revisions to the project were needed, I would then return/exchange necessary items. At the completion of the redesign project, Client A received an invoice in the amount of the service calculated by above hourly rate.
